Terms & Conditions
1. Services
The Class Above provides corporate Business English training to individuals and organisations.
2. Bookings
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreement to invoice terms.
3. Payment Terms
Individual clients: Payment required in advance
Corporate clients: Payment due within 14 days of invoice
Late payments may incur a 5% fee
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
All bookings are subject to the Cancellation Policy available on this website.
5. Lesson Packages
Packages must be used within 3 months
Packages are non-refundable
Missed or cancelled sessions are deducted from the total
6. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials and teaching methods remain the property of The Class Above and may not be reproduced or distributed.
7. Recording
Lessons may not be recorded without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Class Above’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
9. Conduct
Clients are expected to behave professionally. Services may be terminated without refund in cases of misconduct.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Cancellation & Booking Policy
Individual Lessons
48+ hours’ notice → refund or one reschedule
Within 48 hours → non-refundable
No-shows → session forfeited
Rescheduling
One reschedule per session (minimum 48 hours’ notice)
Further changes result in loss of the session
Group Sessions
1–8 participants
Sessions always run
No refunds for non-attendance
Packages
Valid for 3 months
Non-refundable
Missed or cancelled sessions are still counted as used
Additional Terms
Lessons start and end on time
Clients are responsible for time zone and connection
Sessions are not recorded and may not be recorded
